GET THE LOOK: Estee Lauder's Summer 2011 Bronze Godess Soleil

Products Used On Model:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Estee Lauder New Bronze Goddess Island Oasis Eyeshadow Palette
Clinique Cream Shaper for Eyes Brown Sugar
Rimmel London Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Liner Pencil Royal Blue
Avon SuperShock Mascara in Black
Kat Von D Kat Eye Brush Set (Brushes used to complete this look: Eyeshadow Blending Brush & Smudge Brush)

To complete this eye-look I followed the directions on the Estee Lauder website as seen on Hilary (click here for step by step directions). Instead of using the Bronze Goddess Shadow Stick Duo in GoldBronze I used the Clinique Cream Shaper for Eyes in Brown Sugar. And in substitution of the Bronze Goddess Shadow Stick Duo in PinkTeal I used the Rimmel London Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Liner Pencil in Royal Blue.  Why may you ask did I not use the Bronze Goddess Shadow Stick Duos?  Quite frankly I wasn't fond of them after I tried them & didn't find them to be worth the $20.00. The Clinique Cream Shaper is $14.50 & the Rimmel London Pencil was $3 (practically free!) All the eyeshadow I applied with the Eyeshadow Blending Brush except when the directions say to smudge eyeshadow on top of the eyeliner I than switched to the Smudge Brush.  Just follow the directions & you'll be GOLDEN  (no pun intended hehe)!!!

Okay, seriously look at this palette.  Its absolutely stunning. I can cup it in my hands & gaze at its beauty for hours at a time (if I didn't have a 16 month old I really would).  This palette is worth every penny people & its a Limited Edition so it wont be around forever!  But my LOVE for it willl...sighhh...ahhh a beauty highhh...
